One team for Sahara AI’s brand, website, product and films
Sahara AI builds infrastructure for AI agents, and Sorin, its own agent for research and trading in digital markets. For a year we worked on everything a customer sees: the brand, the website design and build, the product design of Sorin, the content and SEO, and the launch films.

The problem
AI companies that grow fast tend to grow in pieces. The brand says one thing, the product says another and the website says a third, because each was made by a different team against a different deadline. Customers feel the seams long before they can name them.
Sahara AI had a platform for AI data and agents, a token, competitions and a consumer product, Sorin, all under one name. Our job was to make every one of those surfaces say the same thing.
Brand and website
The site reads like a technical publication. Serif headlines, monospaced labels in the navigation, a warm paper background, and isometric drawings where every layer of the platform is a block you can see. Yellow picks out the part each section is about.
We designed and built it, and wrote the content and SEO around it, so the pages that explain the platform are also the pages people find.
Sorin, the product
Sorin is Sahara’s agent for research and trading. It opens with one question, “Hey, I’m Sorin. How can I help you today?”, one input and a short row of starting points: hot topics, 24 hour trends, prediction, execute, monitor. Research, Trading, Earn and Airdrop sit as tabs below, so a first time user sees what the agent can do before typing anything.
It is the same system on the website, in the web app and on a phone. The Join Sorin button on the site leads into an interface that already looks familiar.

The films
We made the launch films too. The Sorin film follows one person from a crowded city street into open country, and the product shows up inside the footage instead of on a screen. Grass grows where he steps, a swap confirms in the reflection of his eye, a price line runs over stacked stones. The voiceover holds one idea from start to end: everyone deserves a smarter way to invest.
The DeFi Copilot film is pure motion design. Screens from the product, token swaps, a portfolio split by coin, pools ranked by risk and volatility, each one introduced by a short phrase, ending on Take flight with DeFi Copilot.
Why one team for all of it
When the same team owns the brand, the site, the product and the films, a decision made in one place holds everywhere else. The green in the Sorin film is the green in the product. The screens in the film are the screens people get when they sign up. Nobody has to translate between agencies.
What a company in Japan can take from this
- If your brand, site and product were made by different teams, your customers can tell. One owner across all of them costs less than a rebrand later.
- Show the real product in the launch film. People recognize it when they sign up, and the film sets the right expectation.
- A fast growing company adds pages and products every month. Build a system they can follow, and every launch looks like the same company.
