この方針について

このページは、iPhone向けアプリ「Heya AI」（以下「本アプリ」）で、どの情報を、何のために、どこで扱うかを説明します。本アプリは、インターナショナルデザイン合同会社（以下「当社」）が提供します。App Storeでは、当社代表のCarlos Lastresの名前で配信しています。

アカウント

本アプリは「Appleでサインイン」を使います。名前やメールアドレスはお願いしません。当社のサーバーに保存するのは、次の情報だけです。

• Appleが本アプリ用に発行する利用者の識別子
• アカウントを作成した日時
• リデザインの残り（無料リデザインを使ったかどうか、購入した回数、Heya Plusの状態と有効期限）
• 月ごと、日ごとのリデザインなどの利用回数

ログイン状態は、ランダムに作ったトークンで管理します。サーバーにはトークンそのものではなく、そのハッシュ値だけを保存します。

部屋の写真

撮影またはアップロードした部屋の写真は、HTTPSでCloudflare上の当社のサーバーに送られ、部屋の広さの推定、リデザインの生成、画像の中の家具の位置の特定のために、GoogleのGemini APIに送られます。当社のサーバーは写真を保存しません。Googleでの写真の扱いは、Gemini APIの利用規約に従います。

保存した部屋

「保存」した部屋（元の写真、リデザイン、選んだ商品などの内容）は、お使いのiPhoneの中にだけ保存されます。設定画面からいつでも削除できます。

購入

お支払いはAppleが処理します。当社がカード番号などの支払い情報を見ることはありません。購入した内容をアカウントに反映するために、Appleが署名した取引の情報（取引ID、商品、日時、取引とHeyaのアカウントを結びつけるトークン）を受け取り、保存します。

分析、広告、追跡

利用状況の分析、広告、トラッキングのためのツールは組み込んでいません。

お店のウェブサイト

商品のリンクを開くと、IKEAなどのお店のウェブサイトに移ります。そこでの情報の扱いは、それぞれのお店の方針に従います。

アカウントの削除

設定画面からアカウントを削除できます。削除すると、アカウント、ログイン状態、サブスクリプションとの紐づけ、利用回数の記録を削除し、可能な場合はAppleでサインインの連携も取り消します。ただし、次の情報は残します。

• 同じ購入が二重に反映されないよう、取引IDだけを、アカウントとの紐づけを外したうえで保存します。
• 無料リデザインを使っていた場合、無料リデザインが再び付与されないよう、Appleの識別子から作った元に戻せないハッシュ値を保存します。

アカウントを削除しても、サブスクリプションの請求は止まりません。解約は、iPhoneの設定にあるApple IDのサブスクリプションから行ってください。アプリを削除すると、iPhoneの中のデータもすべて削除されます。

About this policy

This page explains what information the Heya AI iPhone app (the “App”) handles, why, and where. The App is provided by International Design LLC (“we”). On the App Store it is distributed under the name of Carlos Lastres, our representative.

Your account

The App uses Sign in with Apple. We do not ask for your name or email address. Our server stores only the following.

• The user identifier Apple issues for this App
• When the account was created
• Your redesign balance: whether the free redesign was used, credits bought, and Heya Plus status and expiry
• How many redesigns and related requests you make per month and per day

Your sign in is kept with a random token. Our server stores only a hash of that token, never the token itself.

Room photos

Room photos you take or upload are sent over HTTPS to our server on Cloudflare and to Google’s Gemini API to estimate the room size, generate the redesign and locate products in the image. Our server does not store photos. Google processes them under the Gemini API terms.

Saved rooms

Rooms you save (the original photo, the redesign and your product choices) are stored only on your iPhone. You can delete them at any time in Settings.

Purchases

Payments are processed by Apple, and we never see your payment details. To credit your account, we receive and store transaction data signed by Apple: the transaction ID, the product, dates, and a token that links the purchase to your Heya account.

Analytics, ads and tracking

The App contains no analytics, advertising or tracking tools.

Store websites

Product links open the website of the store, such as IKEA. Each store’s own policy covers what happens there.

Deleting your account

You can delete your account in Settings. This deletes your account, your sign in sessions, the link to any subscription and your usage records, and revokes Sign in with Apple when possible. Two things are kept.

• Transaction IDs, unlinked from any account, so a purchase can never be credited twice.
• If the free redesign was used, a one way hash of your Apple identifier, so the free redesign is not granted again.

Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription. Cancel it in your Apple ID subscription settings on your iPhone. Deleting the App deletes all its data from your iPhone.

Changes

If this policy changes, the change will be posted on this page.
