返品、キャンセル

デジタルコンテンツの性質上、購入後の返品やキャンセルはお受けできません。返金はAppleの方針に従い、Appleに申請してください。Heya Plusは、期間終了の24時間以上前までにApple IDの設定から解約すると、次の期間から請求されません。

When you pay

Charged to your Apple ID when you confirm the purchase. Heya Plus renews and is charged each period until you cancel.

Delivery

Available as soon as payment completes.

Returns and cancellation

Digital content cannot be returned or canceled after purchase. Refunds follow Apple’s policies and are requested from Apple. Cancel Heya Plus in your Apple ID settings at least 24 hours before the period ends and the next period is not charged.
